4.2 Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts are subject to reasonable resource usage limits. Excessive resource consumption that affects other users may result in account suspension or required upgrade to VPS/dedicated hosting.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to or transmitted through our services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are due in advance according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually). All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rates for your services. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are generally non-refundable due to third-party costs.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Uptime Guarantee

7.1 Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services, calculated monthly excluding scheduled maintenance. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

7.2 Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be performed during low-traffic periods with advance notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice to protect the security and stability of our systems.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearGeo.Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay accrued fees.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay required fees. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when possible.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or through your account dashboard. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
