Security Violations:
- Attempting to hack or compromise other systems
- Distributing hacking tools or instructions
- Password cracking or brute force attacks
- Social engineering or identity theft
4. Resource Usage Guidelines
To ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all customers, the following
resource usage guidelines apply:
Shared Hosting Limits:
- CPU usage should not exceed 25% for more than 90 seconds
- Memory usage should not exceed allocated plan limits
- No more than 25 simultaneous processes
- Database queries should be optimized for efficiency
- File I/O operations should be reasonable and necessary
Bandwidth Guidelines:
- Bandwidth should be used primarily for website traffic
- Streaming media should use appropriate content delivery networks
- File download services are not permitted on shared hosting
- Backup services for external users are prohibited
Storage Guidelines:
- Storage should be used for website-related files only
- Personal file storage services are not permitted
- Regular cleanup of temporary and cache files is recommended
- Large file storage should use appropriate services

All customers must maintain appropriate security measures:

- Use strong, unique passwords for all accounts

- Keep software and applications updated
- Regularly monitor account activity
- Report suspicious activity immediately
Website Security:
- Install security updates promptly
- Use reputable plugins and themes
- Implement proper access controls
- Regular security scans and monitoring
- Backup data regularly

- Protect customer data according to applicable laws
- Implement appropriate encryption for sensitive data
- Comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
